Hello warpig53gulf, Your best bet would be to search for a Mac forum that actively discusses installing the Windows OS onto Mac hardware, such as I think Bootcamp is a free program. And of course you would need to purchase a Genuine copy of the Windows version and edition you want to install on your Mac computer. Keep in mind that Microsoft itself (thru its distribution partner Digital River) is the only authorized source for purchasing Genuine Windows product keys online and downloading Genuine, malware free installation files online. Purchasing a product key from any source other than Microsoft, or downloading Windows installation files from any source other than Microsoft and Digital River, exposes you to the risks of counterfeit software and of becoming a victim of software piracy. Genuine Microsoft products are available at trusted, name-brand local and online retailers. Mar 15, 2006 - Hi I have a Apple Powerbook G4 currently running Mac OS X 10. I want to install and run Windows XP. Can somebody guide me on how to do. There is no version of Windows that will run on a PowerBook G4. It is possible to run Windows in an emulator, such as VirtualPC, but this is very slow and unusable for most purposes.
